- Where does VegFund get its funding?
- Like most non-profits, VegFund got started with a generous grant but now we are expanding our fundraising efforts so that VegFund will never have to turn down activists and their crucial outreach work. Please donate to VegFund and remember us in your will.
- Help! Our local shelter is having a fundraiser and plans to serve animal products. Should I apply to VegFund?
- Yes, rescue groups and shelters are in a unique position because by serving 100% vegan food, they can sent a clear message to their animal loving supporters that all animals deserve protection, not just cats and dogs. The shelter director must be willing to have all the food be vegan in order to get VegFund reimbursement.
