Merit Awards

Introduction

We provide Merit Awards to individuals and small organizations who have demonstrated consistent and effective vegan advocacy and are involved in current or proposed vegan outreach projects or programs that are in need of funding. Your Merit Award application should clearly describe the program or project for which you are applying. Typical awards, especially for first time recipients, range from $500 to $1,000, but we occasionally fund larger requests. Please allow at least 3 weeks for the processing of this application.
