Food Sampling Event Application
Our VegFund event grants provide funding for specifically approved food, serving
supplies, educational literature and any table/booth fees for serving vegan food
(preferably at non-veg events or to an audience that is not familiar with vegan food or
philosophy). VegFund does occasionally cover the above items for an event organized
by a recipient, but these events MUST serve only vegan food.

Ask-A-Vegan Application
"Ask A Vegan" is a program that will PAY top-notch experienced vegan activists $100 to
sample out great vegan food and distribute educational literature in a natural food store,
co-op or grocery store setting.

Merit Award Application
We provide merit awards to individuals and small organizations who have
demonstrated consistent and effective vegan advocacy and are involved in current or
proposed projects that are in need of funding. You can apply for yourself or on behalf of
an individual or organization who you believe is worthy of an award. Typical awards,
especially for first time recipients, range from $500 to $1,000, but we occasionally fund
larger requests. Don't be shy!

bear witness to the torture and slaughter of animals raised for human use and
consumption. We will assist your efforts by paying individuals to watch the graphic
images on videos such as PETA's "Meet Your Meat". This form of outreach has
proven highly effective at raising the public's awareness of the cruelties inflicted upon
animals and tapping into their inherent compassion.
